We are pleased to announce that WOOFS! trainer Carrie Williams has been awarded CPDT-KA certification through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers.
CPDT-KA stands for Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed. Applicants must complete 300 hours of client training before trainers are eligible for an extensive semiannual test. Certificants must demonstrate ongoing education and professional development to maintain credentials. CCPDT offers the only international, standardized certification for professional dog trainers that is both science-based and independent of any course of study.
With this accomplishment by Carrie, WOOFS! Dog Training Center boasts eight trainers that have been credentialed by the Certification Council for Pet Dog Trainers. Congratulations Carrie, and thanks for your continued dedication!
