  24. ON-SITE SAFETY POLICY:

    For the safety of your dog and for other dogs, people, and staff at our facility, please do not enter with your dog until directed by your trainer. Enter first without your dog and alert a staff member that you have arrived. In warm weather or if you have any concern about leaving your dog in your car unattended, you may call the front desk at 703-536-7877.

  26. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:

    Payment: Payment in full is required in order to schedule a session. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover as well as by personal check or cash. There are no refunds for sessions scheduled; however sessions can be rescheduled in accordance with the following:

    Rescheduling: If a session needs to be rescheduled, trainer must be directly notified at least two (2) full business days in advance (Mon – Fri, 48 hours minimum). If you cannot give 2 business days notice, your pre-payment will be applied to the missed session. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling MUST be done by direct phone call or email to the trainer. It is not sufficient to contact the WOOFS! main office.

    Cancellation: One (1) grace cancellation per client will be allowed for last minute illness, emergency, or change of plans as long as there is a minimum of 2 hours notice before the session is scheduled to begin. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling MUST be done by direct phone call or email to the trainer. It is not sufficient to contact the WOOFS! main office.

  28. LIABILITY WAIVER:

    WOOFS! Dog Training Center will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, I recognize that WOOFS! Dog Training Center is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOOFS! Dog Training Center of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under WOOFS! Dog Training Center instruction or control and under my own care as a result of following training instructions. I have been told by WOOFS! Dog Training Center and understand the inherent risks in owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others.
